About the Head Coach and Lead Consultant: Bob Kolodinsky PhD, ACC
I'm Bob Kolodinsky ... certified professional coach, group and workshop facilitator, long-time management professor and current Executive MBA leadership instructor. I'm also a serial business owner, husband and father, learning enthusiast, active church member, golfer, and more.
Along with a trusted team of 1099 contractors, KOLO's mission is to help leaders and supervisors boldly tackle their thorniest personal and professional challenges, take action toward what they most want, and ultimately thrive.
What we do: Soft skills leadership development through professional coaching, assessments, workshops, and groups. We also partner with organizational executives on a variety of consulting projects, including restructuring, visioning, and crisis management.
